The Flexipan® Multi-Purpose Baking Mat has long been a favorite of pro chefs and pastry chefs alike.

The Flexipan® 11.61” x 7.87” Baking Mat is perfect for all kinds of recipes, from nut brittle and cookies, to sugar work, croissants, and more. Its combination of fiberglass fabric coated with silicone makes it exceptionally non-stick.

You won’t need parchment paper anymore, so you save money and the environment. Just place the Flexipan® mat on a perforated baking tray or a rack and you're ready to go!

It’s oven-safe up to 425°F and freezer-safe down to -40°F, which means you can use it in the oven, fridge, and freezer and you won’t damage it.

Tips and tricks for using the Flexipan® Multi-Purpose Baking Mat

All of our tips and tricks are available as videos.

  • Wash before first use.
  • Wash using a soft sponge and hot, soapy water. Shake to remove water and air dry.
  • Place the baking mat on a perforated baking tray before filling.
  • Temperature range:-40°F to + 425°F.
  • Do not grease the baking mat.
  • Do not bend the baking mat. Store the baking mat flat.
  • Do not use knives, scrapers, brushes, or cutters on the baking mat.
  • Do not place in direct contact with a heat source (grill, burner, flame, oven heating element, barbecue).
  • Do not use a cut or torn mold.
