Since it’s made of 100% platinium silicone composition, you can reuse it over and over again, and your cookies will unmold perfectly every time.

The mold is designed for generous portions. With a depth of 2.76” and a capacity of 3.4 fl oz, it’s been designed to make the most stunning chocolate chip cookie shots out there.

Tips and tricks for using the Flexipan® Dominique Ansel’s Cookie Shot Mold

All of our tips and tricks are available as videos.

  • Wash before first use.
  • Wash using a soft sponge and hot, soapy water. Shake to remove water and air dry.
  • Place the mold on a perforated baking tray before filling.
  • Temperature range:-40°F to + 465°F.
  • Do not grease the mold.
  • Do not bend the mold. Store the mold flat.
  • Do not use knives, scrapers, brushes, or cutters on the mold.
  • Do not place in direct contact with a heat source (grill, burner, flame, oven heating element, barbecue).
  • Do not use a cut or torn mold.
